Client’s Requirement: A Unique Flooring Match
The client had previously tested a specific gym flooring type during a trial period, sourced through another vendor. Later, when they were ready to fully renovate the gym, they turned to us and asked, “Can you get us the exact same flooring?”
The problem? The previous vendor couldn’t source it anymore. The gym flooring in question was a Wonderfloor brand with a unique shade and texture — and it wasn’t available anywhere in the local or national market.

Since we had previously worked on the same site, we knew exactly where to look. Our team reached out directly to Wonderfloor and requested a custom-manufactured batch of the same shade. After a bit of back and forth, we secured a sample piece and matched it perfectly to the original flooring.
Once approved by the client, the custom order was placed, and within days, our team was ready to execute.
Installation Process
The installation took just 3 days, but we faced some initial challenges:
Existing wooden laminated flooring had to be leveled carefully.
There was already wooden skirting in place, which had been temporarily removed by the client.
Our team used high-grade gym flooring adhesive, known for its quick bonding capabilities — the flooring settled firmly in under 2 hours, with no air bubbles or misalignments. Our experienced installers ensured that every inch was seamlessly laid, and the final look was both professional and performance-ready.
